Career Internship Program (CIP):
The Career Internship Program allows Montclair High School Seniors the opportunity to gain valuable “real-world” experience by interning with local companies, government, faith-based organizations, schools or other community entities within a 50 mile radius of Montclair High School.

CIP Informational Sheet
Timeline:
The CIP program will run for a total of 4 weeks (20 Hours per Week)
- Start Date: Monday, May 20th, 2024
- End Date: Friday, June 14th, 2024
- Detailed information will be provided during the Senior meeting on March 13th, 2024
Mentor Obligations:
- Provide mentees with at least 20 hours per week of UNPAID, in-person internship.
- Supervise student during work hours
- Complete weekly attendance
- Complete mid and end of year evaluations
Note: Internships MUST be in-person.
