Welcome to the Montclair High School Gymnastics Booster Club! In the world of gymnastics, physical stamina, mental endurance, flexibility, balance, and control, are all keys to success.
The Booster Club was started in 2014 the year our new coach Kaitlin Schulz (formerly Rettig) lead us to second place at league championships.

In a nurturing, collaborative, and team building environment, members continue to strive under her leadership. Practice for MHS Gymnastics always begins with preseason training in early-August, and the season continues through the first weekend in November. This year again the MHS Varsity Team has qualified to play in both the A and B leagues in Northern New Jersey, which will be an even greater, and welcoming challenge to compete in, as they strive to reach their highest levels of achievement, and go even further than they did last year.
The purpose of the MHS Gymnastics Booster Club is to provide support to the students, parents, teachers and administrative staff of the MHS Gymnastics program by recruiting parent volunteers, along with dedicated teammates, to conduct programs and raise funds to support the team's future. New membership is always welcomed and encouraged prior to, and at the beginning of each school season.
Throughout the school year the booster club provides assistance with numerous team organized events and activities. Past and planned vents include:
- Pasta party
- Sponsor USAG Meet at MHS
- Cart-wheel-a-thon
- Panera Fundraiser
- Spring Carwash
- Silent Auction
- End-of-season Banquet awards and secret turkey gifts
The team and club members are always brainstorming for new ideas and activities to further the team's goals each year. Any suggestions are always appreciated.
